The rooms were neat and cozy, and I felt safe with smoke detectors around. Having hair dryers, big bath towels, and comfy slippers was a nice touch. 🛁.

I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, multi-channel television, and a microwave oven. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection of reasonably priced food on offer. Location: the hotel was just next door to the bars and restaurants in Hirafu as well as snowy mountain.

The hotel was what I liked during the new year. My stay was REALLY GREAT for solo travelers. the location was marvelous and right by a bus stop. I found there plenty of restaurants to eat, like Wildwood Bistro that is only 25 minutes' walk away. the quadruple room I stayed in was extremely spacious with a very comfy memory foam mattress. A microwave oven, a refrigerator, and a washing machine were very handy.

the location of the hotel is fantastic, situated close to restaurants, shops, and the ski area. the room was enjoyable, especially with the cozy memory foam mattress. 3. the employees were friendly and eager to assist guests throughout the stay.

Black Diamond Lodge was fantastic! Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Great location near ski lift. Shuttle to train station, 711, and onsen provided. Ayami, the owner, was fluent in Japanese and English.

The room was tidy and warm with a very comfy memory foam mattress, I was happy about that. A dryer, towels, and slippers were a plus. - the hotel was so close to Black Diamond Lodge, most things like restaurants, and the slopes until 1 pm.

We loved staying in a cozy lodge close to the hill and restaurants, making it a great spot for skiers. the room was spacious with comfortable bunk beds and a large sofa. the friendly staff provided top-notch service, offering shuttle rides as needed. Breakfast was a delicious spread of local berries jam, eggs, bread, and more. the shared shower setup lacked privacy, but the availability of two private showers made up for it.
